    The Reynoldsburg Chamber's monthly luncheon will feature guest speaker, Les Davies.  Mr. Davies is the Region 5 Advocate for the Office of Advocacy//US Small Business Administration.  Region 5 takes in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin.  The Office of Advocacy is the federal watchdog of the Regulatory Flexibility Act and the federal government's primary outreach for regulatory reform.  Make sure you register!
