High expectations and support from the Reynoldsburg community have contributed to 10 years of academic improvement for the students at Reynoldsburg City Schools.

More than a decade ago, Reynoldsburg school and community leaders rallied behind an idea that students in the district should not only be entitled to a good education, but to an exceptional one. At the time, the schools were not meeting expectations. The school district’s operating budget also was among the lowest in the area. Undeterred by financial restraints, the school board, administrators, teachers and community members vowed to find new and innovative ways to accomplish their goals.

The aspirations of 1990 have become the realities of today. By some important measures, the academic performance of students in the Reynoldsburg district is among the best in Ohio.
