Meetings
All meetings are held at the
Municipal Building
at 7232 E. Main Street.
At its first meeting in January of each year,
Council meets for the purpose of organization.
Council meets in regular sessions on the second
and fourth Mondays
of the month; and meets in
committee sessions on the first and third
Mondays.
If a Monday is a nationally recognized
holiday, a meeting is held on the
immediately
succeeding Tuesday. If there is a fifth Monday
in a month,
no meeting of Council is scheduled. Council recesses in the month of August.
All meetings normally begin a 7:30 PM and are
held in accordance
with the general laws of Ohio
pertaining to requirements for
open meeting of
public bodies.
The City Council Committee meetings are held on
the
first and third Mondays at 7:30pm.
The City Council meetings are held on the
second
and fourth Mondays at 7:30pm.
The Planning Commission meetings are held on the
first Thursday at 6:30pm.
The Design Review Board meetings are held on the
first Thursday at 7:00 p.m.
The Board of Zoning and Building Appeals
meetings are held on the
third Thursday at
6:30pm.
