Reynoldsburg Library
The
Reynoldsburg Branch of the Columbus Metropolitan
Library, 1402 Brice Road, is a cheerful,
bustling facility with 19,805 square feet of
public service area, including spaces for
studying and reading. The Library’s collection
includes about 170,000 adult, teen and juvenile
books. Fiction materials include mysteries,
sci-fi, westerns, graphic novels, and
African-American authors. The library staff
would be glad to connect you with a book or
magazine you might enjoy or find useful.
There are presently nearly 7,000 DVD titles as
well as thousands of music CD’s for your
entertainment. The branch’s audio book
collection grows each year with many in-demand
titles on CD. Parents will be glad to find a
variety of CD-ROM’s which make learning fun for
their children. The library features forty
Internet computers equipped with Microsoft
Office software as well as Wi-fi service.
Customers may reserve or renew all varieties of
library materials in person, by phone or at the
“About You” feature at our web site,
www.columbuslibrary.org.
The web site features “Electronic Resources,” a
group of useful databases that library customers
can access for free. Many of these can be used
24 hours a day from home or work with a library
card login. You may find a “Great Read” there, a
full text article from a magazine or journal, or
even download an e-Book or audio book.
Friendly staff will be happy to answer your

the library circulates well over 1 million items
to tens of thousands of cardholders. Well over
600,000 people visited the branch last year and
asked over 70,000 reference questions. They
visit not only to borrow items, but to attend
meetings, special events and library
programs…such as our Summer Reading Club. The
library can have information faxed from other
branches. It provides copiers and computer
printers. You can obtain a number of forms,
register to vote, obtain social security number
applications, apply for a Golden Buckeye card,
and make copies of tax forms.
The
library’s story times include:
• Baby Laptime (birth to 18 months)
• Toddler Time (18-36 months)
• Pre-school (3-6 years)
• Family (evening)(families and their
children 2-6 years old)
A
photo ID and proof of current address
presented at customer service gets you a free
library card good for checking out materials and
using the computers. The library is open
Monday-Thursday, 9-9, Friday and Saturday, 9-6
and Sundays 1-5.

Reynoldsburg Branch Meeting Room
The
large meeting room at the Reynoldsburg Branch
can be reserved for non-commercial use. Rooms
must be reserved 24 hours prior to use, and can
be reserved up to 4 months in advance. A small
tutor room is also available (capacity: 4
persons).
A meeting room application must be on file prior
to using the room. Classroom capacity: 60 Theatre-style Capacity: 100 Available Features: • A kitchen
• A VCR
